Refunds are only available if:
  • The package has been tempered in delivery and has affected the medicines in anyway.
  • If you notice the package is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the order. If you could not check that the order is damaged at the time of delivery, raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at +919818360666.
Creams, inhalers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No refunds can be provided, in any other case.

Cancellation of Order:

Orders once processed, cannot be cancelled.

Due to the personalized packaging and pre-sorting once the medicines have been packed as per your prescription – they cannot be consumed by anyone else than you. Therefore, we cannot cancel your order and process refund.

If you want to make any changes to your order post payment but before medicine processing, you can inform us about the same and we shall make the necessary changes.
